Celebrating a Quarter Century: National Cool Climate Wine Show Unveils Stellar Line-Up of Industry Leaders for 25th Anniversary Judging Panel

 

Bathurst NSW – As the National Cool Climate Wine Show marks its 25th anniversary, it is proud to announce the participation of leading figures in the wine industry as judges for this year’s event. With entries open 20th May, judging to take place from 19th -23rd August 2024, this milestone competition will feature two panels of judges chaired by esteemed experts, ensuring a competition of the highest calibre.

 

Leading the charge as Chief Judge is Russell Cody of McWilliams and Calabria Family Wines, whose extensive experience and leadership in wine judging are set to guide the event towards unprecedented standards of excellence. The judging panels will be chaired by Geoff Alexander of Brown Brothers and Rob Mack of Aphelion Wines, both of whom bring their rich expertise and deep passion for cool climate wines to the forefront of the competition.

 

Joining them are accomplished judges who are renowned in the wine community for their discerning palates and deep knowledge of viticulture:

 

John Coughlan- DeBortoli Wines

Dave Mavor- Wine Selectors

Leah Mottin- Domaine Chandon

Amy Sutherland Smith- Warrabilla Wines
